Our standard MOQ is 50 units per style per colour for new buyers placing sampling and small batch orders. For bulk production, we recommend 200+ units per style for cost-efficient manufacturing. MOQs can be flexible for established clients and repeat orders — discuss your requirement in your RFQ.
Standard sampling takes 5–7 working days from the date we receive your approved tech pack or reference sample. Revision samples are typically delivered in 3–4 days. If fabric needs to be sourced specially, add 2–3 days for procurement. We recommend 2–3 rounds of sampling to reach a production-approved standard.
Yes. We specialise in private label and white-label manufacturing for D2C brands and fashion labels. This includes woven label production, hang tag printing, custom packaging, and brand-specific folding and bagging. We do not manufacture under the Vansh Enterprises brand — all garments are produced and labelled under your brand identity.
Bulk production lead time is typically 4–6 weeks from confirmed purchase order and approved pre-production sample. This includes fabric procurement, production, QC, and packing. Rush orders can sometimes be accommodated with additional costs — discuss in your enquiry. Lead times may vary during peak season (Oct–Jan).
Yes, we serve international buyers from the UK, US, UAE, Australia, and other markets. We provide export-ready documentation including commercial invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin. We work with freight forwarders and support both FOB and CIF shipping terms. Contact us to discuss your import requirements.
Yes. We have established relationships with fabric mills across Delhi NCR, Surat, and Ludhiana. We can source and present fabric options aligned with your specifications, budget, and sustainability requirements. Fabric swatches are shared for your approval before bulk purchase.
