Our in-house sampling team produces proto and fit samples in 5–7 working days from the date we receive your tech pack, reference garment, or detailed brief. Revision samples follow in 3–4 days.
We recommend 2–3 rounds of sampling to reach a production-approved standard. Each round is reviewed against your tech pack measurements and construction specification before proceeding.
Brief & Tech Pack Review
We review your tech pack, reference sample, or brief and confirm any queries before sampling begins.
Proto Sample (5–7 days)
First sample produced in your fabric or a similar development fabric to assess construction and silhouette.
Fit & Measurement Review
You review the sample and provide fit, construction, and measurement feedback. We confirm corrections.
Revision Samples (3–4 days)
Corrections incorporated. Repeat until you approve for pre-production. Typically 2–3 rounds.
Pre-Production Sample (PP)
Final production-approved sample in bulk fabric with all trims and labels. Signed off before bulk cutting.
From PP Approval to Dispatch in 4–6 Weeks

Fabric Procurement
Bulk fabric ordered from approved mill with in-house inspection on delivery — GSM, colour, shrinkage, and width checked.
Pattern Grading & Cutting
Approved patterns graded across all sizes. CAD marker planning for minimal wastage. Cut bundles tracked through production.
Sewing & In-line QC
Dedicated production lines with in-line stitch and measurement checks at every sewing station throughout production.
Final Audit
AQL-based final inspection before packing. Non-conforming units reworked. QC report available on request.
Packing & Tagging
Folded, bagged, hang-tagged per your specification. Cartons packed and labelled with buyer marks and carton contents.
Dispatch
Coordinated handoff to courier, transporter, or freight forwarder. Documents prepared and shipment tracked.

Sampling is charged separately and is credited against your bulk order if you proceed. We confirm the total landed cost before you approve production.

The more detail you provide, the fewer revision rounds are needed. If you don't have a tech pack, our sampling team can guide you on what information is needed.
Yes. We can source development fabric for sampling from Delhi NCR markets. You can also provide your own fabric. We share swatches for approval before committing to bulk fabric purchase.
Our standard bulk MOQ is 200 units per style per colour. However, we accept orders from 50 units per style for newer brands and test runs. Pricing per unit improves at higher volumes — we'll advise on the most cost-efficient quantity for your order.
