Sustainability & Workforce

Manufacturing responsibly means treating workers fairly, sourcing carefully, and reducing waste — not just putting sustainability claims on a webpage.

A Factory Where People Want to Work

The quality of our garments is directly tied to the wellbeing of our workforce. We believe that fair pay, safe conditions, and consistent employment are the foundation of good manufacturing — not extras.

We pay above the local minimum wage, maintain a safe and ventilated production environment, and offer regular working hours with predictable schedules. Our retention rates are high because people choose to stay.

  • Above-minimum wage pay across all roles
  • Safe, well-ventilated production floor
  • Regular working hours with no forced overtime
  • PF and ESI for all permanent employees
  • Skills training and career development

Reducing Environmental Impact

We're at an early stage of our sustainability journey, but we take real steps to reduce our environmental footprint in production:

  • CAD marker planning to minimise fabric waste
  • Fabric offcuts donated or sold for upcycling
  • Preference for natural and low-impact fabric types where available
  • Packaging minimisation — we use appropriate carton sizes to reduce material use
  • Recycled/recyclable polybags available on request

If your brand has specific sustainability requirements — certified fabrics, organic cotton, GOTS-certified material — share them in your enquiry and we will confirm availability.

What We Can Document

For buyers who need documentation of social and environmental compliance in their supply chain:

Factory Information

Facility details, workforce size, and production capacity for supply chain documentation and due diligence.

Worker Information

Employment terms, wage levels, and working hours documentation available for ethical sourcing assessments.

Fabric Certifications

GOTS, OCS, and other certified fabrics can be sourced on request for brands with certified-material requirements.

Manufacture Responsibly

If you're building a sustainable fashion brand and need a manufacturing partner you can talk about openly, we'd like to work with you.
