The quality of our garments is directly tied to the wellbeing of our workforce. We believe that fair pay, safe conditions, and consistent employment are the foundation of good manufacturing — not extras.
We pay above the local minimum wage, maintain a safe and ventilated production environment, and offer regular working hours with predictable schedules. Our retention rates are high because people choose to stay.

Reducing Environmental Impact
We're at an early stage of our sustainability journey, but we take real steps to reduce our environmental footprint in production:
- CAD marker planning to minimise fabric waste
- Fabric offcuts donated or sold for upcycling
- Preference for natural and low-impact fabric types where available
- Packaging minimisation — we use appropriate carton sizes to reduce material use
- Recycled/recyclable polybags available on request
