Frequently Asked Questions
Common questions from brands, D2C labels, and export buyers about working with Vansh Enterprises.
Sampling & Lead Times
Standard proto/fit samples take 5–7 working days from the date we receive your tech pack or reference. Revision samples are typically 3–4 days. We recommend 2–3 rounds of sampling before approving for pre-production. If specialty fabric needs to be sourced first, add 2–3 days for procurement.
Typically 4–6 weeks from confirmed purchase order and approved pre-production sample. This includes fabric procurement, cutting, sewing, QC, and packing. Rush production is sometimes possible at an additional charge — please mention your deadline in your enquiry. Lead times may extend slightly during peak season (October–January).
Ideally a tech pack with measurements, construction details, and fabric specification. Alternatively, a reference garment, or clear images with a measurement chart. The more detail you provide, the fewer revision rounds will be needed. If you don't have a tech pack, contact us — our sampling coordinator can guide you on the minimum information needed.
Orders & Pricing
Our standard MOQ is 50 units per style per colour for new buyers. For bulk production, we recommend 200+ units per style for cost-efficient manufacturing. MOQ for repeat and established clients can be discussed. Sampling is charged separately and can be placed for as few as 1–3 pieces per style.
We quote on a full package basis (fabric + CMT + packing) or CMT only (you supply fabric). All quotes are itemised so you know what each component costs. Sampling is charged per style (fabric + labour) and is typically credited toward your bulk order if you proceed. We confirm total cost before PP sample approval — no hidden charges after production begins.
Standard terms are 50% advance on order confirmation and 50% before dispatch. For sampling, full payment is typically required upfront. For established clients with a track record of orders, we can discuss modified terms. We accept NEFT/RTGS for domestic buyers and wire transfer (SWIFT) for international buyers.
Quality & Services
We run a 6-stage QC process: fabric inspection on receipt, PP sample sign-off, cutting table check, in-line stitch quality checks, measurement audit on finished garments, and AQL final inspection before packing. Our defect rate is consistently below 1%. See our Quality Control page for full detail.
Yes. All our production is private label — garments are manufactured and labelled under your brand, not ours. This includes woven brand labels, care labels, hang tags, and brand-specified packaging. We do not sell garments under a Vansh Enterprises brand label.
Yes. We have established relationships with fabric mills across Delhi NCR, Surat, and Ludhiana and can source wovens, knits, denim, and specialty fabrics. We share swatches for your approval before any bulk fabric is purchased. Alternatively, you are welcome to supply your own fabric.
We manufacture menswear, womenswear, and kidswear across woven and knit fabrics. Products include shirts, trousers, jackets, kurtas, dresses, tops, co-ord sets, activewear, and children's wear. If you have a specific product type in mind, share a reference or tech pack and we'll confirm capability.
Export & International Buyers
Yes. We supply buyers from the UK, US, UAE, Australia, and other markets. We provide export-ready documentation and can work on FOB or CIF terms. All communication is in English. Payments accepted via SWIFT wire transfer.
Standard documents include commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, and customs invoice. Bill of lading or airway bill is coordinated with the freight forwarder. If you require specific certifications for your import market, share requirements during your enquiry and we'll confirm availability.
